Terms of sale

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to everything you buy on catherinepolet.com from me, Catherine Polet EI (entrepreneur individuel), sole trader trading as 4-System Readings, registered in France (SIRET 106 241 870 00018), Route de Monbahus, 47800 Montignac-de-Lauzun, France. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything is unclear, write to me at hello@catherinepolet.com before you buy.

What I offer

  • Readings: the personal reading, the founder reading, the Compass reading and the Duo reading. Each one combines Human Design, Western astrology, Ba Zi and numerology, and includes a call with me and a full written reading sent after the call.

  • The agenda: a personalised yearly agenda, in digital or printed form.

  • The Living Curriculum: a written curriculum for the year ahead, built on a reading, with calls, and its updates, each of which includes a call.

  • Other digital content I may offer.

  • Gift vouchers for any of the above.

What a reading is, and what it isn’t

A reading is a tool for self-knowledge and reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace a doctor, a therapist or any other qualified professional. I don’t predict the future and I can’t guarantee any particular result. What you decide to do with your reading is always your own choice and your own responsibility.

Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in euros on the site. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is made in full when you order, by card, through Stripe. Your order is confirmed by email once the payment has gone through.

How a reading works

  • After you order, I send you a short form. I need your full name at birth, your date and place of birth and, as precisely as you can, your time of birth. The reading is only as accurate as the details you give me.

  • You choose a time for the call through my booking page.

  • After the call, I send you the full written reading by email.

  • For a Duo reading or a gift, please make sure the other person agrees to their birth details being shared with me.

Rescheduling a call

You can move your call free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts. If you cancel later than that or don’t come to the call, the call is lost, and I will still send you your written reading. If I have to move a call myself, I will offer you a new time as soon as possible.

The agenda

Each agenda is made for one person from their birth details. Please allow four to six weeks between your order and delivery. Printed agendas are sent to the postal address you give when ordering, so please check it carefully.

Gift vouchers

A gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It can be used once, by the person you choose, and can’t be exchanged for money.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to change your mind after buying at a distance. Readings and agendas are made to order for one person, and the law excludes personalised work from that right once I have started preparing it. For digital content, you agree that it is delivered straight away and that you give up your right of withdrawal once it has been delivered.

In practice: if you change your mind before you have sent me your birth details, write to me within 14 days of your order and I will refund you in full. An unused gift voucher can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

If something goes wrong

If a file doesn’t open, a printed agenda arrives damaged, or I have made a mistake in your chart, tell me and I will put it right. Write to me first at hello@catherinepolet.com. Most things can be sorted out with one email.

Intellectual property

Your written reading and your agenda are for your personal use. All the texts, designs and materials remain my work. Please don’t copy, publish, resell or use them to train or offer readings of your own without my written permission.

Liability

I prepare every reading and agenda with care. I can’t be held responsible for decisions you make on the basis of a reading, for errors that come from incorrect birth details, or for interruptions of the website or of third-party services such as the payment or booking tools.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If we can’t resolve a disagreement between us, consumers in the European Union may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you place it.
